    25 Sep Kahlua Cake

    INGREDIENTS:

    1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    1 box chocolate pudding mix
    1 cup oil
    4 eggs
    ¾ cup strong coffee
    ¼ cup Kahlua – or
    coffee liquor
    ¼ cup vodka

     

    We love dessert, but I don’t always have the time to make something fancy or complicated. Using a Duncan Hines cakes mix and doctoring it up is the perfect solution. We still get a delicious home baked cake but it only takes 5 minutes to put together

     

    DIRECTIONS:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
