    BBQ RIBS

    INGREDIENTS;

    Sauce:

    2 cups coke

    1 cup puree tomato sauce

    1 cup ketchup

    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

    1 tbsp hot sauce

    1.5 cup brown sugar

    2 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp salt

    2 tbsp honey

    1 cup veg broth

    3 lbs of beef ribs

    It’s bbq season – city living means you don’t always have a bbq so these ribs will give you all that bbq avor right from your oven.

    DIRECTIONS:

    Pat try the ribs and cut in half (optional) salt & pepper

    on both sides.

    Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and sear the ribs on

    both sides until golden brown.

    Meanwhile, prepare your sauce by placing all ingredients

    in a sauce pot and cook on medium heat for 35

    minutes until you notice the sauce has thickened.

    Place the ribs in a deep baking dish.

    Pour the BBQ sauce on top – cover and bake at 350°F for

    3.5 hours – and just before serving uncover and bake for

    30 minutes.
