    CAULIFLOWER CRUST PIZZA

    INGREDIENTS:

    2 bags frozen riced

    cauliflower – defrosted and

    drained

    Mix with 2 eggs

    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

    1 cup grated mozzarella

    cheese

    Salt and pepper

     

    DIRECTIONS:

    This cauliflower crust

    pizza is a great way to

    have a low carb dinner

    that everyone enjoys (kids

    included)

    Spread evenly on a

    parchment lined cookie sheet

    – bake in 350 degree

    oven for 15 minutes until

    golden brown. Top with your

    favorite marinara, shredded

    cheese and toppings – we

    love olives on our pizza! Bake

    for 15 minutes until the cheese

    melted and bubbly
