    WINTER HARVEST CRISP

    INGREDIENTS:

    4 pears, peeled and diced
    6 apples, peeled and diced
    3/4 cup dried cranberries
    1 teaspoon grated orange zest
    1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup flour
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    For the topping:
    1 1/2 cups flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup oatmeal
    2 sticks cold unsalted butter or margarine to keep pareve, diced

    DIRECTIONS:

    Preheat oven to 350
    Combine ingredients and toss together
    Pour into 9×13 baking dish
    Combine tipping ingredient together and mix until large crumbles
    Sprinkle over fruit mixture
    Bake for about 1 hr until fruit is bubbly and crumbs are golden.
