    HONEY MUSTARD BARBECUE FLANKEN

    INGREDIENTS:

    6-8 strips of flanken meat
    3 to 4 Yukon gold potatoes cut into cubes
    2 leeks using only the white part sliced them
    10 cloves of garlic
    Sauce
    One cup of your favorite barbecue sauce (I love
    using the bone suckin sauce)
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup water
    salt and pepper to taste

    DIRECTIONS:

    This is such an easy and
    delicious recipe to make.Place
    all your ingredients in an oven
    safe casserole dish.
    Then pour the marinade sauce
    over the meat, potatoes and
    leeks.
    Cover with a piece of wet
    parchment paper and then
    tightly with foil. Place in your
    350° oven for three hours
    covered and half hour
    uncovered.
