    CABBAGE SALAD WITH MUSHROOMS

    INGREDIENTS:

    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    16 ounces sliced baby Bella
    mushrooms
    2 tablespoons soy sauce or
    coconut amino
    1 tablespoon silan
    2 teaspoons sesame seeds
    One head cabbage, shredded
    Juice of one lemon
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    Salt to taste

    DIRECTIONS:

    Here’s a new take on a cabbage
    salad. Comes together very quickly
    and is delicious. You should
    definitely make this for your next
    barbecue.

    Sauté your mushrooms in sesame oil
    with the soy sauce, cylon and sesame
    seeds.
    In a large mixing bowl, shred your
    cabbage and add the cooked
    mushrooms with the juice of a lemon,
    vinegar and salt. Toss to combine.
