    WINGS

    INGREDIENTS:

    2-3 lbs of wings
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Paprika
    Cayenne
    Cumin
    Salt
    Pepper.
    Oregano
    Consume mix
    Olive oil

    DIRECTIONS:

    Sprinkle all the spices generously over your wings and coat with your
    oil. Give the wings a good massage to make sure all those delicious
    spices get evenly coated. Bake a 350° preheated oven on a real cookie
    sheet for one hour until the wings start to brown and get caramelized
    and get crunchy and so yummy!

     

    CHUCK ROAST

    INGREDIENTS:

    2-3 lbs of wings
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Paprika
    Cayenne
    Cumin
    Salt
    Pepper.
    Oregano
    Consume mix
    Olive oil

    DIRECTIONS:

    This is a very economical piece of meat. With just a few simple ingredients and a low slow
    cooking time you’ll be left with an incredibly delicious, melt in your mouth roast. Sprinkle
    your meat with onion soup, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little bit of oil.
    Measure with your heart. Rub all over the roast and then smother in your favorite bbq
    sauce. I love the bone suckin sauce but use whatever you like. Cover and put in a 325
    degree oven for 4 hours. Delicious- Enjoy!
