    AMARETTO BUNDT CAKE

    INGREDIENTS:

    1 1/2 cups sugar

    Half a cup brown sugar

    2 cups of flour

    1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

    One packet vanilla pudding mix

    2 teaspoons baking powder

    4 eggs

    3/4 cup soy milk

    3/4 cup oil

    1/4 cup amaretto

    1/4 cup vodka

     

    DIRECTIONS:

    This is one of our favorite cakes. It’s so flavorful and moist and delicious. Very important key step is to make sure that you coat your baking pan extremely well with the baking Pam spray. It’s sometimes difficult to get this cake out of the Bundt pan – make sure that you cool completely and if necessary use a knife to go around the edges before flipping out.

    1. Preheat oven to 350°

    2. Add all the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine then add the wet ingredients and mix well with hand mixer until everything is combined. Pour into a very well sprayed Bundt pan with baking spray.

    3. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until no longer wet when tested with a toothpick. Cool completely before flipping out of pan.
