    ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD

    DIRECTIONS:

This is a great way to use leftover rotisserie chicken. For the salad, you can really put anything you want in it. I use some
Romaine lettuce, both green and red shredded cabbage, a diced cucumber, shredded cooked chicken, 1 can of mandarin
oranges (drained), and chow mein noodles for crunch. For the dressing combine. One frozen garlic cube, one frozen
ginger cube, half cup olive oil, quarter cup rice wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon
sesame seeds. Pour over salad and toss to combine. Enjoy!

    PASTA SKEWERS

    DIRECTIONS:

This is such a fun way to serve pasta to your family. This would also be fantastic for a kids’
birthday party. It’s so simple and delicious. Boil your pasta, according to the box directions
leaving it al dente. Line a baking sheet with parchment, thread your pasta onto skewers, then top
with your favorite marinara sauce and shredded cheese. You can add any toppings you’d like
such as sliced olives, corn, peppers, onions, etc. Bake in a 350° oven for about 15 minutes until
your cheese is melted. So yummy and fun for the whole family.
