    ASIAN STYLE FLANKEN

    INGREDIENTS:

    3 lb. flanken beef-short ribs
    1/4 c. Hoisin sauce
    1/4 c. Water
    2 tbsps each bourbon, honey,
    soy sauce
    1 tbsp each sesame oil and
    hot sauce
    Season with garlic, ginger,
    onion and five spice powder
