    CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE

    INGREDIENTS:

    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    Two bags defrosted, cauliflower
    rice
    One bag mixed frozen vegetables,
    defrosted
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 teaspoon ginger
    Two eggs scrambled

    DIRECTIONS:

    This is a great low carb alternative to fried rice. it
    only takes about 10 minutes to put together and
    it’s delicious.
    In a large sauté pan heat your sesame oil. Add

    in your cauliflower rice and frozen mixed vegeta-
    bles. Season with soy sauce, garlic powder and

    ginger. Let this heat for a few minutes. Make a
    well in the middle of your frying pan, add in the
    two eggs. Let them start to harden a little, and
    then start stirring them around until they are
    cooked and incorporated into the vegetables.
    Cook for another few minutes until everything is
    completely heated through.
