    CHICKEN POT PIE

    INGREDIENTS:

    2 cups of shredded
    chicken
    One onion, chopped
    Two carrots, chopped
    1/3 cup flour
    3 cups chicken broth
    One cup frozen peas
    Two frozen pie shells

    DIRECTIONS:

    This is a great way to repurpose
    leftover chicken. Any leftover
    chicken will do whether it’s from
    roasted chicken or chicken soup.-
    Sauté your onion and carrots in a
    little bit of olive oil until they are
    soft. Add the our and mix to
    combine. Add your chicken broth
    and stir Then add the shredded
    chicken and the frozen peas Pour
    all the ingredients into the frozen
    pie shell and ip the second pie
    shell on top. Make a few slits for
    venting. Bake in a 350° oven for 30
    minutes until golden brown.
