24 Jul CINNAMON STICK MEAT KEBABS
INGREDIENTS:
2 to 3 pounds of ground
meat.
4-5 cloves of freshly
chopped garlic.
One bunch of chopped fresh
parsley.
2 teaspoons of Baharat
spice.
Cinnamon sticks
DIRECTIONS:
These are so easy to make – they
only use a couple of ingredients and
come together in just minutes. I love
these for entertaining. I’ve also made
these using ground lamb, which is
delicious. Combine the meat, garlic,
parsley, and Baharat. Form a patty in
your hand and place the cinnamon
stick in the middle, then mold the
meat mixture around the cinnamon
stick. Place on a parchment lined
baking sheet and bake in a 350°
preheated oven for 30 minutes.
