    Glazed Corn Beef

    INGREDIENTS:

    3-4 lb.

    Pickled

    Brisket

    Glaze

    1 cup

    ketchup

    1/2 cup

    mustard

    3/4 cup

    brown

    sugar

    1/4 cup oil

    YIELD:6-8 SERVINGS

    DIRECTIONS:

    Boil meat in large pot for 1 hour. Remove water from pot and add fresh water and boil for another 1 to 1-1/2. Drain water. Prepare glaze, and brush on meat. Marinade meat with glaze and bake covered in 350 oven for 1/2 hour. If meat is not soft, bake a few minutes longer. Refrigerate and slice cold. Heat before serving.
