21 May Kahlua Cake

We love dessert, but I don’t

always have the time to make

something fancy or complicated.

Using a Duncan Hines

cakes mix and doctoring it up is

the perfect solution. We still get

a delicious home baked cake

but it only takes 5 minutes to

put together.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Duncan Hines yellow

cake mix

1 box chocolate

pudding mix

1 cup oil

4 eggs

3/4 cup strong coffee

1/4 cup Kahlua – or coffee liquor

1/4  cup vodka

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients well.

Pour into greased Bundt pan.

Bake for 45 minutes

until toothpick comes out clean.
