05 Nov KISHKA STUFFED CHICKEN CUTLETS
DIRECTIONS:
This is such a simple recipe. It really takes minutes to
come together and it looks beautiful on the plate when
you serve it. Serve them sliced on an angle so you see
the inside.
All you need is thin chicken cutlets, kishka, honey
mustard dressing, and breadcrumbs. Slice your kishka
and then roll it up inside your chicken cutlets, dip that in
the honey mustard dressing and then coat in
breadcrumbs. Put them in a baking pan
and spray with oil and bake uncovered
at 350° for 45 minutes.
