    INGREDIENTS:

    One large head of white cabbage, thinly sliced
    One bunch of each fresh, mint, dill, and
    parsley, chopped
    Quarter cup extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    2 tablespoons white sugar
    3 to 4 cloves of grated garlic
    Salt to taste

    DIRECTIONS:

    This is so delicious
    and so easy to make
    just a few fresh
    ingredients
    and you have
    yourself a fantastic
    salad.
    Mix everything well
    to combine and
    enjoy!
