    1/2 jar of lotus butter
    Chocolate chip cookie
    Dough
    1 cup Chocolate Chips
    1/4 cup Rich’s Whi

    LOADED LOTUS TART

    1/4 cup Rich’s Whip

    This 4 ingredient dessert is so simple to
    make and is a total crowd pleaser!
    Spray a removable bottom tart pan with
    baking spray. Place 12 pieces of frozen
    chocolate chip cookie dough in the pan. As
    the cookies defrost, press them into the base
    of the pan. Bake this in the oven for 12 to 14
    minutes. Remove from the oven and use the
    back of a spoon to press down the cookies.
    Use about half a jar of lotus butter on top of
    the cookies, and as it begins to melt from
    the heat of the cookies, it’ll be very spreadable. Put this in the freezer for about 10
    minutes. Meanwhile, in the microwave, take one cup of chocolate chips and a
    quarter cup of rich’s whip and melt it together until it is smooth. I do this in 20
    second intervals for about a minute. Next pour the chocolate on top of the cookie
    butter layer, spread out evenly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
