    LOTUS CRACK BALLS

    INGREDIENTS: 

    LOTUS CRACK BALLS

    2.5 cups oats

    1 cup lotus butter

    (chunky or smooth)

    2/3 cup honey

    2 tsp vanilla

    Dash of salt

    1/2 cup chocolate chips

    1/2 cup craisins

     

    DIRECTIONS:

    This is my absolute

    favorite go to snack! I am

    allergic to peanut butter so

    I substituted peanut butter

    for cookie butter and it’s

    so delicious!

    There is also no added

    sugar. I use honey which

    actually helps the crack

    balls stick together.

    Using gloved hands mix

    all ingredients together

    well and form into balls.

    Refrigerate until ready to

    serve!
