    PESACH GRANOLA

    INGREDIENTS:

    1/2 lb. Matza farfel

    1/2 c oil

    1/2 c brown sugar

    1/2 stick butter/margarine

    1/2 c water

    1/2 c chopped almonds

    1 tsp cinnamon

    Craisins to taste

    Chocolate chips to taste

    Cut up dried fruit to taste

     

    DIRECTIONS:

    Who says you only need to eat Matza and cream cheese for breakfast? We made this delicious yogurt parfait with @normansdairy Greek yogurt, homemade granola and fresh berries. You can also eat it like cereal!

    Melt butter/margarine with oil, water & brown sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Spread on greased cookie sheet ( I use parchment paper). Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes. Turn over occasionally (especially watch to see craisins don’t burn). Easy to make double batches. Add chocolate chips after cooking
