    PESTO GRILLED CHICKEN

    INGREDIENTS:

    3 pounds chicken cutlets, butterflied

    10 frozen basil cubes

    5 frozen garlic cubes

    1/2 cup olive oil

    Salt and pepper to taste

     

    This simple delicious recipe is great for Pesach

    but also at any time during the year. It takes

    only a few ingredients and you can have delicious

    chicken dinner on the table in no time.

     

    DIRECTIONS:

    Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken

    cutlets in a large Ziploc bag.

    Allow chicken to marinate six hours to overnight.

    Preheat grill or indoor grill pan and grill

    remove chicken from marinade, grill until

    cooked through.
