    Poppyseed Dressing

    1/4 cup white wine vinegar

    1/4 cup sugar

    1 garlic clove

    1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    2 teaspoons light mayo

    1/3 cup olive oil



    For parshas noach try a delicious rainbow layered salad. You can serve individually in mason jars or make one big one in a footed trie bowl


    Diced red peppers or tomatoes

    Diced orange peppers or carrots

    Canned corn

    Diced cucumbers

    Shredded red cabbage

    You can also add beans or any of your favorite veggies.

    Whisk salad dressing and refrigerate until ready to serve.
