    SHEET PAN CHICKEN WITH CABBAGE, ONIONS AND ZUCCHINI

    INGREDIENTS:

    2 lbs pargiot cut into
    pieces
    1/2 cabbage
    chopped
    2 zucchini’s diced
    1 onion chopped

    DIRECTIONS:

    I’ve been really loving sheet pan
    dinners lately. I enjoy only having one
    pan to wash. The basic concept of
    this works with any vegetable and
    any type of chicken that you have.
    Use this as a template to use up
    some of those vegetables in your
    produce bin.

    Season with salt, pepper, garlic,
    onions, paprika, brown sugar, soy
    sauce and olive oil. Toss all together

    to coat. Bake in 375 degree preheat-
    ed oven for 45 minutes until chicken

    and veggies are all cooked. Can
    serve over rice.
