CORN RIBS
INGREDIENTS:
corn
olive oil
salt, pepper, smoked
paprika, and chili
lime seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
The hardest part about this recipe is really cutting the corn. Several people suggested microwaving
the corn for a minute or two rst so that it softens, which will make it easier to cut. Once you have
your corn ribs cut apart lay them on a parchment lined baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix together
olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and chili lime seasoning. Season it to your taste using as much
or as little of the spices that you like. Give your corn ribs a good massage with the mixture and then
spray a little more oil on top to coat them. Bake them at 375° for 45 minutes to an hour until they
start to curl and some of the corn darkens and caramelizes. Enjoy. I will denitely be making these
again and again.
