01 Apr SPECIAL PESACH RECIPE! CRUSTLESS MUSHROOM GOAT CHEESE QUICHE
I make this quiche year round, and for pesach I just do it without the pie
shell. Mushrooms go so well with goat cheesethey both have that real
earthy flavor. If you are not a fan of mushrooms,
substitute your favorite vegetable.
INGREDIENTS:
1 large onion,chopped
2 boxes of sliced baby bella mushrooms
Oil for sautéing
4 oz goat cheese crumbled
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese – any kind works
1/4 cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
Sautee the onions and
mushrooms until
thoroughly cooked. Transfer to mixing bowl and add in the remaining ingredients. Mix well to
combine. Pour into a 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes until set and golden delicious.
