03 Feb SPECIAL SUPER BOWL RECIPES:
SUPER BOWL WINGS
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 lbs of wings
I like to cut them in half so that you have two
pieces per Wing. It’s easier to eat that way.
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Cayenne
Cumin
Salt
Pepper.
Oregano
Consume mix
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
I love me a good crunchy flavorful wing recipe. These are
especially great when you have a big crowd or for watching
the big game.
This one is so easy to make —- there are no measurements.
You do everything right on your baking sheet and throw it in
the oven. Measure with your heart . Adjust the flavoring to
your liking – if you’d like things a bit spicier add more
cayenne, if you don’t like cumin leave it out…. But whatever
you do make these.
Sprinkle all the spices generously over your wings and coat
with your oil. Give the wings a good massage to make sure
all those delicious spices get evenly coated.
Bake a 350° preheated oven on a real cookie sheet for one
hour until the wings start to brown and get caramelized and
get crunchy and so yummy! Enjoy!
