    Spinach Gefilte Fish with honey Dijon sauce

    Looking for a way to change up your regular gefilte fish? Try this one for a variety you are sure to enjoy

    Ingredients:

    1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained

    ¼ c mayonnaise

    1 packet onion sup mix

    2 loaves defrosted gefilte fish

    ¼ c honey

    2 eggs

    1/8 tsp pepper

    DRESSING Ingredients:

    ¼ c honey

    ¼ c sugar

    ¼ c red wine vinegar

    1 T Dijon mustard

    ½ tsp salt

    ¾ c olive oil

     

    Directions: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Combine all ingredients well until mixed thoroughly. Spread mixture into a greased 9×13 pan. Bake for 1 hour until firm.

    DRESSING Directions: Combine dressing ingredients until emulsified. To serve drizzle dressing on individual plates, top with a slice of fish, a small mound of salad greens and a few grape tomatoes
