    SUSHI SALAD BOWL

    INGREDIENTS:

    Sushi rice

    1/3 cup unseasoned Rice Vinegar

    3 Tbsp Sugar

    1 1/2 tsp Salt

    DIRECTIONS:

    Sushi salad bowl is the perfect appetizer for Purim Seudah, Shabbat or a delicious weeknight dinner. When I Make it for Shabbat appetizer, I prepare it in a large shallow bowl and serve sesame pasta along side.

    To prepare the sushi rice – use sushi rice – I use the @lundbergfarms brand – readily available at most supermarkets- cook rice according to package directions.

    For the rice dressing mix 1/3 cup unseasoned rice vinegar, 3 Tbsp sugar and 1 1/2 tsp salt – combine and pour over cooked rice For the toppings – use whatever you like – here I used dyna sea surimi sticks, diced cucumber, avocado, shredded carrots and shelled edamame. Drizzle the top with sweet sauce and spicy mayo.
