    SWEET & A LITTLE SPICY TERIYAKI PARGIOT

    INGREDIENTS: 

    4 pounds chicken thighs/
    Pargiot
    2 teaspoons sesame oil
    1 tablespoon garlic
    powder
    1/3 cup teriyaki
    1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
    1/4 cup brown sugar

    DIRECTIONS:

    These delicious Pargiot have a sweet
    teriyaki glaze that has a hint of spice and
    it’s just incredible. And it’s so easy to make
    it just takes minutes. If you’re short on
    time you don’t need to marinate the
    chicken but if you have a little extra time
    one hour or even overnight in the fridge
    enhances the avor.
    Combine all the ingredients for the
    marinade together and add in the chicken
    to coat. Cover and refrigerate for one hour
    or overnight. Bake chicken in the oven on
    350 on a lined cookie sheet for
    approximately 30 minutes until chicken is
    cooked through and glaze is caramelized.
