    TUNA TARTARE

    INGREDIENTS:

    1 lb small diced fresh tuna
    Marinade
    1 clove grated garlic
    Juice of one lime
    1 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons sweet chili
    sauce
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    Scallions and sesame seeds
    to garnish

    DIRECTIONS:

    I love raw tuna. This is so delicious, so easy to
    make and only uses a few ingredients. This is a
    fabulous appetizer. If you want to make it for
    Shabbat or Chag, I suggest making the sauce for
    the tuna separately. Keep that in your refrigerator
    and combine with the tuna to make it fresh
    before serving. This is delicious plated on its own
    or on top of avocado served with some tortilla
    chips. Enjoy!

    Mix all ingredients together!
    If you are meal prepping- combine marinade
    ingredients in a mason jar and store in fridge
    until ready to serve.
