    DIRECTIONS:

First Night Sukkot, we always have stuffed Cabbage in the Sukkah. For those of you whose life is busy, this recipe is uncomplicated, delicious and truly a simple version of a holiday delicacy.

Put the ketchup and ginger ale into a large soup pot and bring to the boil. Add the cabbage. In separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Wet hands and form meatballs, place gently into the boiling cabbage in the pot. Bring to the boil, turn heat down, cover and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Enhance the presentation by serving atop of a bed of rice.
